From the black sand beaches and iceberg shores to the geothermal pools and dazzling Northern Lights, Iceland has it all! There are many different options foritineraries, depending on your trip length in Iceland. One of my personal favourites is the ‘Golden Circle’ route, showcasing three of the most well-known spots in Iceland. Starting with Pingveller National Park, this National Park truly is one of a kind, with incredible landscapes in every direction to feast your eyes on. Next up is the Geysir Geothermal area, a must see phenomenon when visiting Iceland. Lastly on the Golden Circle route is Gullfoss Waterfall, these falls are uniquely beautiful. Make sure you wrap upwarm though, the temperatures can drop here rapidly. Iceland has so many variations of routes and trips, so be sure to do plenty of research beforehand.

Patagonia is one of the most secluded and untouched regions of our planet and an absolute dreamland for adventure hikers. The Torres Del Paine National Park has some of the world’s most spectacularly breath-taking views. There are a multitude of different treks available, ranging anywhere from 3-10 days. The ultimate photo opportunity arises at the world famous Torres Towers. The view here is truly mesmerising, the long hiking days are definitely well worthwhile.
#4 - Costa Rica Adventure
Costa Rica has an abundance of colourful wildlife, luscious rainforests and impeccable culture. Over 50% of the country is covered entirely by rainforest, allowing the native wildlife and vegetation to continually thrive. In Costa Rica there really is an adventure waiting for you each and everyday. Zipline through beautiful rainforest in the home of the zipline (Yes! The zipline was invented in Costa Rica), experience white water rafting on the wild Costa Rican rivers or sandboard down Cerro NegroVolcano. Believe me, you will be spoilt for choice in this vibrant adventure paradise.

Peru is a country that has so much to offer, from world famous Inca ruins to the extraordinary Amazon Rainforest. The cities in this country aren’t to be missed either, Lima, Arequipa and Cusco all have their own style with plenty of things to do. Roaming the streets of these charismatic cities is an experience in itself. Over on the West side of Peru why not try your hand at sandboarding down the sand dunes of Huacachina or take a flight over the intriguing Nazca Lines. On the East Side, set your sights on the four day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World or opt to explore Lake Titicaca, the world’s highest Lake!
